We previously had a copper shower drain replaced and we opted to have all the old drains changed to PVC pipe. James worked tirelessly in places that were inaccessible and remarkably was able to accomplish the refit. James and his assistant, Tristan, were professional and knowledgeable and kept us updated. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Bonus points, they were pleasant people. I'd definitely recommend and this isn't our first rodeo with plumbers.🤣

Haven’t had the need for a plumber in a long time. When we had a slow shower drain that we just couldn’t make better, we decided to call a Professional. Bright side had really good reviews and was the reason I called, and was not disappointed. James Gardner was our technician and did an amazing job diagnosing the problem finding the bad clogged piece of pipe in a-finished ceiling On the first try. Did an amazing job very knowledgeable and good at his job. I hope I never need a plumber again 😉 But if I do You guys are who I will call thanks again Mike and Jeanne Davis. P.S. I would post a picture of his work, but I’m old and don’t know how.🤣
