We staff real dispatchers Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM Central. Sundays are emergency-only through Daniel, our AI dispatcher. We do not run routine service calls on Sundays.
How fast can you respond?
Same-day service in most cases during business hours. We average a 45-minute response window across the KC metro. If you submit our form, we call back within 15 minutes during hours, or by 8 AM the next morning if submitted after-hours.
Do you charge a dispatch fee?
$89 dispatch fee, waived if you proceed with the repair. Sewer camera inspections are free with any sewer repair $500 or over. There is no fee to call, text, or get a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH, and checks. Financing is available through Wisetack with 0 percent APR for qualified customers, approved in under 60 seconds.
